Postnatal Fitness Classes & Pushchair Walks in Solihull

Monthly Pushchair Walks in Solihull

Join us for our monthly pushchair walk in Solihull, where mums can get moving, meet new friends, and soak up some fresh air. It's a lovely opportunity to connect with other women while getting outside, so bring your buggy and let's walk, chat, and support each other through this stage of life.

These walks are honestly the easiest thing you'll do all week. They're designed to be a relaxed, totally non-judgemental space where you can show up exactly as you are (messy bun and all) and connect with other mums navigating the same beautiful, exhausting stage of life.

We take a gentle 45 minute walk around Dorridge Park, starting and finishing at Skogen, before winding down with coffee together. Full details, including parking information, are available on the booking link below.

Walks are free, but please register using the link below so I can keep track of numbers.

Upcoming walk: Thursday 17 September.

We also run monthly pushchair walks in Moseley, see our Moseley page for details.

Postnatal Strength & Cardio Classes in Solihull

For the past three years, She Sweats has been Solihull's go-to postnatal strength and cardio class, run by an award-winning specialist postnatal fitness instructor.

Each session combines resistance work, weights, and bodyweight exercises for a full-body postpartum workout, built specifically around safe recovery after birth.

You'll have your own mat for you and your baby, stationed together throughout the session, so your little one is always right beside you. You're welcome to pause at any point to feed, change your baby, or simply take a breather: this is a class built around real postpartum life.

What to Expect in a Solihull Class

  • All movements can be progressed or regressed, so the workout adapts to your fitness level and stage of recovery

  • Suitable for every ability, whether you're returning to exercise for the first time since birth or you kept active throughout pregnancy

Why Solihull Mums Keep Coming Back

  • The emotional and mental health benefits of postpartum exercise, alongside the physical ones

  • A genuinely welcoming, established community, many of our Solihull mums have been coming since their first babies and are now bringing their second!

  • Sensory toys and instruments provided to keep your baby entertained during class

  • Parachute play and nursery rhymes at the end of every session

  • A proper local mum-friend network, we're a sociable bunch and head for coffee together after class

Before You Join

You'll need your GP's sign-off to exercise, usually given at your postnatal check-up around 6-8 weeks after a vaginal birth, or 8-12 weeks after a Caesarean birth.
