CLASSES & WALKS
Group Walks
Join us for our monthly pushchair walks, where mums can get moving, meet new friends, and soak up some fresh air! It's a fantastic opportunity to connect with other women while enjoying some fresh air. Bring your buggy and let’s walk, chat, and support each other in our journey.

These walks are honestly the easiest thing you'll do all week. They're designed to be a relaxed, totally non-judgemental zone where you can show up exactly as you are (messy bun and all!) and connect with other mums who are navigating the same beautiful, exhausting stage of life.

Walks are free, but please register using the link below so I can track numbers.

Upcoming walks:
Thursday 11 December 2025: 1PM, Earlswood Lakes.
Thursday 8 January 2026: 1PM
Thursday 5 February 2026: 1PM.
